New Manufacturing Plant

Our Manufacturing Plant encompasses state-of-the-art tools designed to fabricate factory new parts. In conjunction with our Quality Assurance department, our Manufacturing Plant capabilities include Mori Seiki CNC Lathe, CNC Lathe with bar stock loader, Machining Center and hi-speed, heavy duty production band saw.

You can be assured that from the time of purchasing material to final invoicing our integrated Predator software is collecting shop floor data enabling tracking of each job by operation, quantity and cost involved. Using the job control and scheduling barcode system software helps us provide on time delivery to our customers.

The Gibbs Cam system program is capable of generating a complete verified and finished part in a solid state which is ready for use on CNC machine controls. These controls are then stored and ready for repeat use.
